Problem
While fast delivery services have made most everyday products easily accessible, stationery can still be difficult to find when you need it. Users often have to visit multiple stores or wait several days for their orders to arrive
Understanding User Behaviour
Method
I conducted phone interviews with 22 participants, including students, artists, and creative professionals, to understand their stationery purchasing habits, challenges, and expectations
Findings
91% reported limited stationery options, 82% struggled to find specific products, 60% found the purchasing process inconvenient due to delivery delays and additional costs
Research Insight
Users value variety, affordability, and convenience. The research revealed a need for a single platform that makes stationery easier to find, purchase, and receive when needed
Problem Statement
Students, artists, and creative professionals struggle to find and purchase stationery due to limited product variety, availability, and long delivery times. They need a more convenient way to access a wide range of affordable products with a faster and more reliable delivery experience
How StationeryGo Addresses These Challenges
StationeryGo provides a platform for easily discovering and purchasing a wide range of stationery products through organized categories and subcategories
Users can choose between standard and express delivery based on their urgency, while affordable pricing and student discounts help make stationery more accessible
Business Impact
StationeryGo generates revenue through seller commissions, platform fees, and delivery charges
By partnering with local stationery retailers, the platform creates a convenient purchasing experience while supporting local businesses
